1. Download the HeyTrade app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Sign up. Choose an email and password, also you can implement the Face ID/Fingerprint authentication system. (Biometric authentication)

3. Verify your email. We will send you an email with a verification code to enter into the app.

4. Add your telephone number. We recommend you to allow HeyTrade to read your SMS. That way, when we send you the verification code by SMS, the code field will be filled in automatically. This will also help you to sign contracts.

5. Verify your identity with ID or TIE (Identity verification). Here, we will ask you to take a photo of both sides of your identification document and a selfie.

6. You will have to enter your zip code and verify the personal information collected from the identification document. If the information isn’t correct, let us know and we will put you in touch with support to help you.

Please make sure you enter the zip code according to your ID card address.

7. Cuestionary. To complete the identity verification process you will have to answer a few questions to comply with Spanish legislation. We won’t ask you for any information that is not strictly necessary for us or our partners, and we will never sell your information for commercial purposes.

After this point, your account will be pending verification. It is a quick process in which we will analyze the data you have provided.

8. Contract signing. To finish the process, you will have to sign three contracts. We will send you an SMS for each agreement with a verification code to your phone number.

9. Choose Payment Methods:

- Connect your bank. By logging in securely through TrueLayer, our partner provider enables us to offer an Open Banking integration in a couple of minutes.

- SEPA bank transfer. You can do this from any bank. It usually takes 24 hours, or up to 2 or 3 working days on weekends or bank holidays.

10. Top up your account.

And... You are done! You can start trading with HeyTrade.
