What happens if I don't renew in time? 🔒
If the link expires without you having completed the renewal, your account automatically switches to "view only" mode and stays blocked from trading.
To unblock it, contact us via chat or email support@heytrade.com; our team will help you complete the verification.
How do I renew my document? ✅
The renewal process is the same as the initial identity verification.
I renewed my passport instead of my DNI, what should I do? 🤔
If you provided your passport instead of your DNI when renewing, we may ask you for an additional document proving your tax residence, such as a recent utility bill or a certificate of registration (padrón).
Your account will remain blocked until we receive and validate that document.
Can I renew it before it expires? 🙋
