To verify your identity, follow these steps:
Identity verification is part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and will start when you select "Complete profile" during your account creation process (after confirming your phone number).
Choose the country that issued your ID card.
Select DNI, TIE or passport (other options will be available soon).
Take a photo of the front of the ID document. Make sure the document fits in the photo frame and can be easily read.
Take a photo of the back of the document.
Follow the on-screen instructions to take a real-time selfie.
Make sure "Allow Notifications" is enabled and your document will be verified within seconds.
🚧 Please note! Make sure you have good lighting, a stable internet connection, and enough battery, and that your ID, TIE, or passport is not expired or damaged.
In the case of registering with a passport, you will need to contact support@heytrade.com to complete your registration process correctly.
