For the bank connection to work correctly, we need the process to be properly optimized by HeyTrade, as well as by the different entities that make the bank connection possible. In order not to cause any errors when updating the different applications, we need the collaboration of TrueLayer, the platform we work with to allow the connection to be made securely, and the different banking entities.
Even so, sometimes there may be some incidence. Below you will find a series of steps that will allow you to solve some problems:
Update our app and the bank's app to the latest available version.
Afterwards, unlink the bank account associated with HeyTrade and link it again. In case you have the option to access the bank through the browser or the app, always select the browser.
Once you have linked the account, try to top up again.
You can also try through our WebApp, since the banking connection is done through a different flow and does not usually generate errors. We recommend that you use an updated browser such as Chrome or Internet Explorer.
