If you have a valid Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card, you can now add funds to your HeyTrade wallet in a matter of seconds from the "Payment methods" section.
Credit and debit card top-ups are completely secure and instantaneous. The minimum deposit is 100 euros and the maximum deposit is 2,000 euros per month, renewable on the first day of each month. A 1% commission of the added balance will be applied to each top-up, although at this time the process is completely free of charge (see more information here).
Here are the steps to follow to top up your account using your card:
In the Profile section, click the "Add" button.
Select "Add payment method". In case you have an account already linked with Open Banking, select "Change" and "Select new payment method".
You will see the three available options (PSD2, credit/debit card, and bank transfer), select "Credit/debit card".
On the next screen, you will find the fields enabled to include your card information: Number, Expiration, and CVV. Once you have entered the amount, click on "Continue".
For your convenience, your card details will be stored in your profile until it expires. You can delete this information at any time from the "Payment methods" section of the app.
