You can withdraw your money any time you want through the app, easily and without any commission. Here is how to do it:
Access your profile and click on the "Cashout" button.
Next, you have to enter the amount you want to withdraw. If you have an IBAN already registered, you can select the account to make the withdrawal directly. In case you don't have a verified account or you want to send the funds to another account you have to click on the ‘Change’ button to select a new payment using ‘Bank connection’ or ‘Bank transfer’ method.
Note on payment methods:
If you choose “Bank connection”, you will be asked to select the bank account to which you want to make the transfer.
If you prefer the “Bank transfer” system, first we have to verify your account's IBAN. There are two ways to perform the verification:
Make a SEPA transfer top-up for any amount. Using this method, the account will be automatically verified, once we have received the funds.
Requesting a manual verification through the email support@heytrade.com from your verified email, you need to attach a ownership certificate for the account you want to verify, the date of issue must not be more than 3 months old.
Once the process has been completed by any method. You will have the money in your account after 1-2 business days (during public holidays, the process can take up to 3 days).
Since we don’t charge fees, you can withdraw money from your HeyTrade account as many times as you want; but remember to leave enough funds to meet your investment goals.
