Transfer my portfolio to HeyTrade
Transferring your securities to HeyTrade is completely free of charge. To start the process, send us your request to support@heytrade.com from the email address you have verified in our app, including the following documentation:
Download and fill in the attached HeyTrade portfolio transfer form, indicating the securities you want to transfer, the ISIN, ticker and market on which they are listed.

Current position certificate showing the securities you want to transfer. It is important that in this certificate you include and sign the following authorization paragraph (you can add it by hand and send us a scanned copy or a photograph of the document; or if you prefer, you can also use a tool such as Adobe Acrobat to edit and sign documents digitally): I, ______________, with ID ____________ authorize HeyTrade to transfer the securities listed in this document from the securities account ___________________ of ___________. And for the record, I sign this document at _____, this __ day of ____, 2024.
Average acquisition price of the shares to be transferred, in euros. This information will help you to visualize more accurately the performance of your portfolio once the stocks have been transferred to HeyTrade.

How to transfer my HeyTrade portfolio to another broker
Outbound transfers have an associated cost of 15 euros plus VAT per security transferred.
To start the transfer process, you will have to make your request to the destination broker and, once they contact us, we will ask for your confirmation.
