Ordinary dividends will be credited to your HeyTrade account and displayed in the Transactions section. By clicking on each payment, you will be able to view the details of the transaction and download a PDF file with the payment confirmation.

In the case of dividends from international companies, the cashing out is not applied on the payment date reported by the company. It may take a few days, even a week, from the payment date until your account is credited, because that is how long it takes for us to receive the funds and apply them to our clients' accounts.

For financial events related to securities in your portfolio such as flexible or optional dividends, we will send you all the information about the event and how to proceed to your HeyTrade verified email. Some of these events may not be reflected in the transaction history, but you can always check all the information in the related document.
