HeyTrade is designed to make investing simple for as many people as possible. Therefore, the app is compatible with mobile devices running iOS and Android operating systems.

The platform also has a WebApp, which allows you to trade and consult positions comfortably from computer and tablet. For correct viewing of the web app, the screen must have a minimum resolution of at least 480 pixels.

Is it possible to register from any device?

No. For security reasons and in compliance with the regulations for the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, the HeyTrade registration process requires capturing images using the front camera of a smartphone. For this reason, as is the case with major banks, it is only possible to open an account with HeyTrade using a mobile device.

Once the account has been opened, the user will be able to trade normally from the device of his or her choice.

Are there any differences between the mobile version and the WebApp?

Since it was released earlier, the mobile version has a slight advantage and includes some features that have not yet been incorporated into the WebApp.

However, the web functionalities will be expanded over the coming months to offer a 100% omnichannel investment experience.

What can I do from the web version?

In its current version, the WebApp allows you to:

  • Buy and sell all international stocks and ETFs from HeyTrade's portfolio (except BlackRock multi-asset funds*).

  • View positions

  • Access transaction history (income, stock trading, dividend collection, etc.).

Future functionalities to be added to the WebApp include: collection search, watchlist, broker comparator, and full access to BlackRock products.

* People who have already purchased units in BlackRock funds will be able to view and trade them from the WebApp. Any new purchase of such products (as well as the consultation of their description, value, price history, etc.) must be made from the mobile version.
