On HeyTrade, we are really happy that you want to transfer your stocks over from your old brokerage, therefore, it's totally free. You can send us an email with your request to support@heytrade.com from the email address you have verified in our app, including the following documentation:

- Download and fill in the portfolio transfer form, indicating the stocks you want to transfer, their ISIN, ticker, and the market on which they are traded.

- Current portfolio statement showing the stocks you want to transfer. It's important that you include and sign the following authorization paragraph on the statement (you can add it by hand and send us a scanned copy or a photograph of the document, or if you prefer, you can also use a tool like Adobe Acrobat to edit and sign the documents):

I, ______________, with ID ____________ authorizate to HeyTrade to transfer the listed securities in this document from securities account ___________________ from ___________. And for the record I hereby sign this document at ___________________.

- The average purchase price of the stocks to be transferred, in euros. This information will allow you to accurately visualize the performance of your portfolio once the securities have been transferred to HeyTrade.

Once we verify that the transfer is possible, we'll indicate the steps to follow.
